Dear Lord Rothschild,
I have much pleasure in conveying to you, on behalf of His Majesty's Government, the following declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations which has been submitted to, and approved by, the Cabinet.


“His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.”
I should be grateful if you would bring this declaration to the knowledge of the Zionist Federation.

Thus, declared and promised Arthur James Balfour the then British Foreign Secretary, in a letter to Lord Rothschild, president of the British Zionist Federation, in a clear historic combined plot between the British government and the Zionist movement at that time, the Declaration was accepted by the League of Nations on July 24, 1922 and embodied in the mandate that gave Great Britain temporary administrative control of Palestine.
It goes without saying that the British pledge which formally committed the British to the Zionist cause, was this Balfour Declaration of the second of November 1917, an instrument created after the Hussein-McMahon Correspondence and the Sykes-Picot Agreement, and long before the emergence of David Lloyd George as prime minister and Arthur James Balfour as foreign secretary in December 1916; the Liberal Herbert Asquith government had viewed a Jewish entity in Palestine as detrimental to British strategic aims in the Middle East.
Lloyd George and his Tory supporters, however, saw British control over Palestine as much more attractive than the proposed British-French condominium. Since the time of the Sykes-Picot agreement, Palestine had taken on increased strategic importance because of its proximity to the Suez Canal, where the British garrison had increased to 300,000 men, and because of a planned British attack on Ottoman Syria originating from Egypt. Lloyd George was determined, as early as March 1917, that Palestine should become British and that he would rely on its conquest by British troops to obtain the abrogation of the Sykes-Picot Agreement.
Going back to the historical background of the so called “Jewish national home” concept, we must recall that the Balfour Declaration was the direct outcome of a deep scrutiny effort by the Zionist Organization to establish a Jewish State in Palestine, none other was in front than the man known as Theodor Herzl, founder of the Zionist movement who wrote in Der Judenstaat (The Jewish State) in 1896:
“The Idea which I have developed in this pamphlet is a very old one: it is the “restoration” of the Jewish State, Let the sovereignty be granted us over a portion of the globe large enough to satisfy the rightful requirements of a nation, the rest we shall manage for ourselves”
[Laqueur, Walter, the Israel Arab Reader (New York, Bantam Books, 1976), pp. 6-11].
Herzl mentioned Palestine and Argentina but, the following year, the first Zionist Congress held in Basle, Switzerland in 1897 ,declared that the goal of Zionism was to “create for the Jewish people a home in Palestine secured by public law”, Herzl wrote:
“Were I to sum up the Basle Congress in a word which I shall guard against pronouncing publicly, it would be this: at Basle I founded the Jewish State, If I said this out loud today, I would be answered by universal laughter, perhaps in 5 years, and certainly in 50 everyone will know it.”[Herzl, Theodor, the Complete Diaries of Theodor Herzl, New York, Herzl press and Thomas Yosecoff, 1960), vol. I, p. 343]
And it was the founder of global Zionism movement Theodor Hertzel who had always referred to Palestine a land without nation and the nation of Palestine as a people without homeland. As part of this policy, the British gradually settled Zionists and turned a blind eye to the Jewish terror gangs that sprung up and routinely killed and massacred Palestinian people and destroyed their homes and farmlands. Massacres of Palestinians in Deir- Yassin, Kafar, Qibya and Qassem villages are among the most savage killings and a dark stain on the Zionist state of “ Israel.”
Following an outright rejection by the Ottoman authorities of his ideas, Herzl approached the British, German, Belgian and Italian Governments and such remote locations as Cyprus, East Africa and the Congo were considered, but did not materialize. The creation of a Jewish State in Palestine became the avowed aim of Zionism, zealously pressed by Dr. Chaim Weizmann when he came to head the movement.
It was this Weizmann who played a vital role by inventing a fermentation process that allowed the British to manufacture their own liquid acetone, and therefore avoiding Great Britain the loss of war and it was this fermentation process that brought Weizmann to the attention of Lloyd George (minister of ammunitions) and Arthur James Balfour (Previously the British prime minister but at this time the first lord of the admiralty). Chaim Weizmann was not just a scientist; he was also the leader of the Zionist movement.
Zionist leaders stressed the strategic advantages to Britain of a Jewish State in Palestine. In a letter written in 1914 to a sympathizer, Weizmann said:
“Should Palestine fall within the British sphere of influence, and should Britain encourage a Jewish settlement there, as a British dependency, we could have in 20 to 30 years a million Jews out there perhaps more; they would form a very effective guard for the Suez Canal.”

Another Weizmann letter of 1916 reads:
“The British Cabinet is not only sympathetic toward the Palestinian aspirations of the Jews, but would like to see these aspirations realized ,England would have in the Jews the best possible friends, who would be the best national interpreters of ideas in the eastern countries and would serve as a bridge between the two civilizations. That again is not a material argument, but certainly it ought to carry great weight with any politician who likes to
look 50 years ahead.” [Weizmann, Chaim, Trial and Error (New York, Harper, 1949), p.181].
For that the British government still bears the primary historical responsibility for the creation of Israel at the expense of Palestinian national rights. The Balfour Declaration, in fact, gave the official starting signal for the implementation of the Zionist project to colonise Palestine, even if the Zionist movement had taken preliminary steps on the ground beforehand, and surely it also assumes full fledged responsibility of this “Conspiracy of the Century” and the very sad plight of the Brave Muslim Palestinians will haunt the premises of 10 Downing Street and the Government of Great -Britain until the Doomsday!!!
Having brushed up the gloomy and harmful consequences of such Declaration , it remains clear that any trend of the negotiations in order to get back what was lost is only waste of time and will make clear those who called for compromise with “Israel” including the Palestinian Authority are but misled from the start as they have not got and will never get anything in return except havoc and total misery for the Palestinians, whereas and to the Ummah’s Pride only Resistance and heroic Sacrifices, as seen in both “ Intifidhas” are to achieve very significant objectives.
In the very short span since its inception, the Blessed Intifidha has genuinely embroiled the Zionist entity into economic and political problems, thus shattering the myth of Israel’s invincibility, those of the henpecked Arab states, which prior to the Intifadha, were speedily normalizing ties with the Zionist regime had to stop this harmful trend and devote attention to the plight of the Palestinian people. It made them realize that the policy of giving more and more, concession to their avowed enemy is useless and that any promise, pledge or vow regarding any so called “Peace move”from the Zionist side is meaningless.
It is in their creed and deep religious belief that treacheries, vow -breaking, constitute the hallmarks of their policy towards the “Goyims or Gentiles” none other than the dictates of their Talmud which according to them teaches them that whenever you take an oath, vow, or pledge, you are to remember the “Kol Nidre prayer” that you recited on the Day of Atonement, and you are exempted from fulfilling them; How much can you depend on their loyalty? How much can you expect them to fulfil their promises?
Unveiling them in such clear and adamant terms, the Holy Quran warns us about this ill-fated behaviour:
“Strongest among men in enmity to the Believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans”. Holy-Quran 05-82.
But it seems that the above Divine call and warning has ended up on very deaf ears and narrow-minded heads that are carrying out those fateful negotiations concerning the Ummah’s issues, but still and thanks Allah, a source of a great pride and ever increasing inspiration for the Ummah, is coming from the present Youth Generation that make the core of the Blessed Resistance and the heroic Martyrdom Operation Seekers, and will be continued Inch’Allah by next Muslim Youth generations until the liberation of the whole of Palestine.
Sooth to say that the ongoing daily struggle has lifted Palestinian spirits and without the slightest doubt, the driving force behind the Intifadha and the late Victory of the July 2014 against the zionist atrocities committed against Palestinians are behind the religious and spiritual moral of Palestinian youths who have managed to keep alive their spirit of resistance against the heavy odds of occupation and inhuman atrocities committed against them.
Despite such obstacle another high profile ingredient to the continuing Palestinian high spirit is the unequal Strategic long range vision of the Initiator of the International Quds Day , Imam Khomeini (May Allah have Mercy on his soul), who by this Historic Decision , gained and guaranteed the perpetuity of the commemoration and remembrance of the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadhan of every year, until total recovery is accomplished in accordance with the fulfilment of the Blessed Prophetic Tradition : “The Hour will not be established until you fight the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say, ‘O Muslim! O Abdullah, There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him'”. [Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177].
The huge sacrifices of Muslim Palestinians have indeed exposed those who were paying mere lip service to the cause of Palestine and the Holy Al Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s first Qibla, it has surely drawn a line between the committed and the uncommitted and made the average Palestinian youth realize that freedom lies through a determined struggle and self-sacrifices in the face of heavy odds, and not through deceitful talks, steady concessions.
It is very important and worth noting that what is going on today in Palestine, or for that matter in American occupied Iraq, are indications of an intricate plot in pursuit of establishing Zionist hegemony over the region. The goal is to form the so-called “Greater Israel” as envisaged by the Protocols of the Zionist Elders formulated in Europe in the closing years of the 19th century. The Zionists want to seize entire Arab countries such as Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Kuwait and Iraq and occupy parts of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Iran. The already scenario in America‘s occupied Iraq is but the first step in this regard but most of the hatched evil plot was dashed in 2006 by the Heroic Resistance of Hezbollah in the war against Lebanon .
It is crystal clear that the Zionists and their American backers will never succeed against the determination of a nation up in arms because these future Paradise Angel Dwellers have already laid the solid foundations of “the School of Martyrdom” whose Graduates from all Generations would not be intimidated by death , and it is only these People who are capable of Reshaping the world , liberating Al Aqsa Mosque and the whole of Palestine and securing the continuity and progress of this Great Faith.
